A simple, quick, healthy and a delicious dish

Ingredients
- 2 cups paneer cubes/ 200 grams packet of paneer or homemade panner
- ½ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup diced green bell peppers
- ¼ cup diced red bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 cup diced red tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder or 2 badi elaichi
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 big bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable/Sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan; add cumin seeds, badi elaichi, bay leaf, ginger, onions and all the bell peppers. Sauté until soft and yet crisp.
Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt and honey. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add butter and sauté for few minutes. Garnish with kasuri methi and serve hot with phulka’s or parathas

i would prefer the onion paste method instead of fried onions. it should be a smooth gravy. however, ingredients are good n simple to make. tku.
